Fruit
To build off our strength in the vegetable and Berry departments, in 2003
Katzman acquired additional units and opened the Fruit Department. Since
then Katzman has become an important supplier of all the major categories of
fruit including cherries, grapes, pears, melons, citrus and apples to name a few of the major fresh produce items.
